Poppy Bank Tenant Improvement Already in Full Swing

We just wrapped one Poppy Bank location and we're already knee-deep in the next one. That's the kind of back-to-back momentum that comes from doing the work right - when a client trusts you enough to keep calling, you show up ready to go.

Here's what we're working with on this one: open ceilings, exposed concrete, metal stud framing going up, and a full scope of electrical rough-in that has to be coordinated with everything else happening on the jobsite at the same time. HVAC runs, ductwork, framing crews - it's a busy site. Our job is to stay ahead of it all and keep our work clean so the next trade can do theirs.

That's really what good commercial electrical work looks like at this stage. It's not glamorous. It's conduit runs placed correctly, wiring staged and ready, and boxes set where they need to be before the drywall closes everything up. Get it wrong here and it causes problems down the line.
